That's G.E. Smith on his signature Telecaster. Awesome artist. Played with Hall & Oates for 6 years, Bandmaster of SNL for 10. He's played with practically everyone. Some may think his playing and attitude he exudes onstage makes him look arrogant. I believe he just plays from the heart and soul. Check out his telecaster video and you can get a feel for what makes him G.E.

So why are you resorting to butchering classics? Procol Harum can't actually be improved by adding a funk riff under it.

This video is a bit overproduced and doesn't sound nearly as good as the live versions I've heard. So while the video does kind of suck, i wouldn't say they butchered it. Sless comes in and makes up for all the overprodiuction.

I was lucky to see this song performed live a few days ago. Moonalice played a concert in Greensburg, PA. The crowd loved them.

Procol Harum often would add one or the other of the extra verses in concert but don't think I recall ever hearing both extra verses at one concert.

Anyway this is a killer version by Moonalice! Guys put this on a CD we can buy!
