Is this game like GTA? like being able to do what you want, if you know what I mean

@paulbusuego92 no, you can do everything by car, but you can't walk around shooting somebody or anything like that... the only way to get out of your car is when you're shifting into anther vehicle - there are no planes and no helicopters. you can just DRIVE around where ever you want in the entire city. hope this helps

@OfficerFudgeStudios your thinking of yellow cabs. Yes we use crown victorias as yellow cabs and that's only in lower manhattan. In upper manhattan, the bronx, queens,and brooklyn we use this car. Its mostly used by hispanic cab drivers.
