I was born in Manila and was only there for one year and left a year after I was born. I've been in the states all my life after that. I'll do my best to help. The important thing is to get people together & lobby government for better infrastructure, drainage & dams etc. -- It should not happen so bad in populated areas. The government must be made to create infrastructure to prevent this, as well as forming good emergency services to help people, supply emergency supplies etc.--- If they don't do this, then at the next election, vote them out. - There should be better services.!

The important thing is to get people together & lobby government for better infrastructure, drainage & dams etc. -- It should not happen so bad in populated areas. The government must be made to create infrastructure to prevent this, as well as forming good emergency services to help people, supply emergency supplies etc.--- If they don't do this, then at the next election, vote them out. - There should be better services.!

Hey guys, thanks for posting up the video. Honestly i didn't think it was "offensive" at all.
