the stock R32 RB26 is not shit the only difference is the r34 has turbos that can handle 1.2 bar instead of 1.0 bar the very first r32 had a stronger block.. a standard r32 gtr with just the boost restricter removed makes 350+ hp not exactly shit for a 2.6 plus the fact the r32 is 200kg lighter then the r34

at the end of the 2 years you have to have at least 120 hours of experience which is kept track of with a log book you write in every time you drive. if you have done 120 hours and its been 2 years, you can have a practical test with a driving instructor which if you pass.... you move on to "P" plates (probationary lisence) which is the same size square but red. while on these, you have passenger restrictions.

brad - i notice your after a non turbo skyline. There are some around. I once owned an r32 with a n/a rb25. Pulled hard. Rare though. There are a few more GTS r33's around (not GTS-T). Dont waste your time removing turbo's. Turbo skylines have lower compression engines and will drive pretty poorly without boost. Plus you will need to source new exhaust parts, and re route oil lines, air intake paths ect... If i were you id wait until you have more driving experience also. They can be a handful

Yeah you could remove the turbo but it would cost alot of money. and you would have to get the car tuned down grade your fuel pump and injectors. To be honest it isn't worth your trouble. It would take you alot more money than what you would want to spend.

It should be. He may be driving a GTS with an engine swap, new front grill/hood and fake badges but i doubt that. Its more likely that he either set the torque splitter to have a higher ratio to the rear wheels and disabled/ uninstalled the HICAS OR he did a drivetrain conversion.
