You'll be able to get a few primitive apps (i've seen a couple) but you want be able to make anything original, if you're serious about it, pick up garage band (it's only 8 quid) and watch this guy's tutorials, but i warn you, i tried, and it's harder than it looks (WAY harder) Good luck :)

This is good, but it is not dubstep, this is house. you are also missing vocals, which I think could make this piece that much better.

Just because you have a wobble bass doesn't make your music automatically dubstep, watch TornadoTwin's tutorial on making dubstep in ableton live, even though this is garage band, I think you could apply the same concepts to some end.

It's not to bad, but a drop to introduce the wobbles might be better. try to make a little more difference in sound a wobble, for example, add more white noise to one of the wobbles in the pattern.
