Im impressed you've gotten this far in life with the mind of a preschooler so, congratulations on that.

A) Its torque, not tork you honky.

B) You don't get torque from your arm. The lag between your upper body and lower body stores torque, and it's released the moment you line the two up. Like a golfer pivots his hips before his shoulders in the downswing, same as a baseball player does it, same as a boxer does it. And Lincecum uses lower body to create torque. His arm is indestructible.
