  • chris ashtons better, SAINTS!!

  • @giantmanting don't be a fool

  • This was 2002 in Paris....not 2001.

  • Jonah Lomu is the greatest of them all.

  • What the fuck are these French commentators talking about? They don't name Robinson or England or the score...it sounds more like two men fighting for their lives in a warzone.

  • @HitMeQuick my french isn't the greatest but they do mention Robinson a few times, they spend most of the time complaining that there were 4 french players covering the move and none of them touched him which makes sense since they are covering the game in France

  • @greenwilly69 @HitMeQuick They also call him "Magic Robinson"... Rather apt, I feel =D

  • sure thats a video effect at the start thats amazing pace!

  • Ohlalafusee! haha

  • If you look carefully, he changes direction in the dummy before his foot even touches the ground :D

  • Hi great try but are you sure it wasn't 2002? I was there and the Six nations on Wiki does say he scored the try away in France 2002

Was a very cold and France were the better team on the day

  • @ewaf88 it is 2002...in Paris and England lost.

  • goodbye

  • england were shit hot in this period

  • @obiwunkinobi They were, beating the all blacks regularly.

  • the acceleration is just crazyy.

  • @kevinmak02

His faster over 60yards than usain bolt. :)

  • O my... That is seriously good, that step is incredible

  • 0:48 njksdhcisdbvwhkrbsdvyi JASON ROBINSON hfbasygyugsg

  • What ... the ... fuck?!

  • great pass by the scrummie too

  • A league backline would rip these fuckers apart..league backs are so much more talented than union backs with ball in hand..can you imagine a union team of top class league backs and union forwards..they'd be unbeatable in any league

  • @ ya keep dreaming buddy

  • @chewblued obviously not

  • @matjamtay do you know Nick King at Flyde?

  • INSANE!

  • he teaches me at flyde and he hugged me pmsl

  • No stupid swallow dive.. no showing off.. just places the ball down, awesome player.

  • great try from a wigan great

  • rugby league step fools union defence..

  • @jock996 jason robinson step, dont act like league produces people of his quality every day, he was exceptional in both codes, he just went to union to compete on a bigger stage with more pay, and from my perspective, thank god he did, he was a true legend, just hope kyle eastmond does the same when he comes to bath :)

  • W T F!! :D

  • OH LA LA ! LA FUSÉE !!!!!

  • How much leg power is that?!?!

  • sauvé par Dieu! i love

  • 0:47 - 0:48 FORWARDS WALKING!!!

  • 0:27 the French fullback was so astonished by the side step he fell to the ground in awe!

  • c'était en 2002 lors du grand chelem réalisé par la France!

  • the English usain bolt

  • Take that you frog twats

  • This kind of players change the logic of the game. If you check the ball was bad played by the 9 because was Robinson alon with.. 4 frechs? at least... and he just makes the magic to happens!!!

    Cheers to all of ya!

  • Great try, great player. Only prob with this vid is the warbling frog commentator!

  • @vixenstu Well... : they say that he's fantastic. Uneducated rosbif...

  • @SoPrideVII crapaud

  • you just have to look his legs and his thighs to understand ! so strong and fast !

  • BILLY WHIZZ!

  • MAGIQUE ROBINSON!!!!!!

  • England are missing a player who has this sort of skill. Im sure there is someone lerking in the teams somewhere, we just have to find them.

  • OWNED

  • ASCOLTA IL RUTTO CHE DICE LIBERTA'

    PISCIAMO SU QUESTA SOCIETA'

(Voci dall'Oltrechiavica, Prophilax, Il Signore delle Fogne)

  • I guess they didn't see him. Robinson is a legend though.

  • MASTER!

  • Hunslet Parkside ARLFC.

  • he had a huge step even at full space, simply unparalleled

  • DIS GUY IS DA MAN

  • Very good try, majestic!

  • le chat est dans le sac

  • This is 2002.

  • did england died?

  • Its all french to me

  • He was wasted by putting at FB all the time. His attacks from deep positions usually ended in him "dying" with the ball and giving pens away.

  • Completely agree. The other problem putting him at full back was that he couldn't compete the high ball. Case in point - RWC final 2003 vs. Tuquri

  • Yeah RWC 2003 was a disaster wasnt it ?

  • case closed. However i'm from australia, and from tuquris state. I saw him up close, and don't blame robinson at all for losing that high ball - hes HUGE

  • Has Robinson ever played wing before?

  • Yeah brah....he played there for England at the 2003 World Cup!

  • If he was at wing at the time, then I assume Lewsey was fullback and then they swapped a few years laters.

  • yes he has, so many times.

  • "ooh la la !!!!"

    lol

  • wow!! Nessuno se n'è accorto ma Robinson ha preso un attimo il motorino per segnare questa meta:)

  • Has anyone noticed that he steps the defence with a foot that doesn't even touch the ground?

    It's incrediblé

Well thats what Betson would've said, as Robinson passed by...

  • Absolute legend...those feet :-| What a step

Should have been born a Welshman ;-)

  • How about we temp rename him Jason "The Swerve" Johnson?! He's quicker than the blink of an eye. Are you following the Lions out in S.A?

  • Of course. Worrying today, wasn't it. I have a really, really bad feeling about this. By the way, I think you meant Jason 'The Swerve' ROBINSON ;-)

  • jason robinson, what a legend, shame hes retired

  • He gave the Boks a mighty scare even when he played for the Baba's after the retirement.

  • true, wish he stilled played though

  • on step slices thru 5 players hahahah

  • even from an irish dude jason r was a frickin legend

  • look how young jonny wilkinson looks at 1.02

  • he ever played any rugby league? looks like a league player to me, by the way he runs and all.

  • Ya he did definitely. You have a good eye!

  • he makes it look easy

  • best rugby player ever!

  • Lol or those of you who understand french, those commentator are SOOO STUPID!

  • fucking unreal step/shimmy

  • Billy Wizz! wooo! No one in England can run like him lol x

  • My favourite Jason Robinson try. Incredible how he scored a try from such an innocuous looking floated pass. Pure genius.

  • I love the way that even in slow motion JR seems to run at the same speed.

  • yeah didn't notice that before damn he's really really fast ahahah

thanks for pointing that one out :)

  • He's the only one who can do this. He had a tormented youth, polluted by alccol, sex and drugs, and saved by god.

  • give me a break..

  • What the hell does the commentator say at the end?

I can hear 'l'alcool, le sex, le drogue'... something 'par dieu'...

peut-etre un de nos amis francais peuvent nous donner un traduction? ;)

  • hi onepiecemachine,i'm french and the commentator said that Jason Robinson had a youth pollute by alcohol sex and drugs and thanks to god [he is safe and one of the best rugby's players the world ever known.]

[...]=part cut by the end of the video

Is my english enough easy to understand?I hope so.

    What a nice try!!

Heureusement pour nous qu'il joue plus lui^^

  • Englands Finest fall back

  • Full back lol

  • go billy whizz!

  • nice cut n acceleration....

  • Dont fuck with the Robinson

  • He became a clever footballer like Chris Latham, too. His all-round game was class.

  • its not his pure speed its his change of speed, he can go from jogging to full pace without even accelerating

also his sidestep is jus unreal!

  • Beast , leg muscles of an apsolte animal

  • Oh la la!

  • Robbo certainly wasn't the fastest player in the general sense of the word where you consider out and out pace over 50 or so yards - but there wasn't a player on earth who could turn bursts of pace on and off, with changes of direction, as quickly as this legned - simply devestating and pure class - greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to watch him and play alongside him over the past 10 years in either code.

  • look how good the pass was too

  • Fast as fuck!

What a player, greatly missed by England.

  • ita funny when people list the 'fastest people in rugby' and robinson rarely makes the listsd

yet quite clearly the man is fast as fuck LOL gr8 player for england

  • im a great fan of Robinson so don't take this the wrong way or anything.....I wouldnt say he's the category of fast players in rugby, but its the way he can just turn of and on he's pace thats unreal at the perfect times, full speed, no speed, side step, full speed. unreal like

  • woah how the fuck did he do that!

  • 4 against 1 + RObinson= TRy

  • Jason was a legend. I really miss him.

  • still for me the best robinson try i've seen in an international, can't vouch for his sale exploits but frankly one of the best tries i've ever seen

  • a legend who will never be forgot

  • its 2002

  • Magique!

Quels appuis, et quelle acceleration il met!

  • he makes somthing out of nothing

  • Great side step
