  • Miss a payment and they call you all day long when an e-mail or letter is more than enough. Again, this is harassment. A good way to get them back is to call their customer help line: 1-800-416-5229. Don't forget to dial *67 first to hide your identity. Call after hours to leave a message if you're bashful. Then place the phone under something annoying (I like the Rebecca Black Fridays song myself). Don't forget to hit '1' to send. Call as often as possible!

  • Issues will not be addressed as all major banks use form letters and you must hire an attorney as the customer service department are not allowed to go beyond a scripted response. Hire an attorney or change banks as you have very little hope in getting your money back. The best you can hope for is not to get sued. Your not going to win against them as they make the laws for them.
