  • Did you ever get to finish this?

  • @NCHollop i plan on finishing this spring.......thanks

  • surely, you meant "almost"....it isn't two words

  • did you ever get your rabbits going? i see your video is from a year ago

  • @Rigo76443 no i am think spring

  • if he took some of that metal roofing he could build a deflector under the cages and have all the urine and waste drop down into box on the ground outside pretty much where the runoff from the roof would go and then just catch a ton of worms and put in the box and compost the manure then use it in his greenhouse for all the veggies he was growing..

  • ummmmmmm please put hay or woodshavings as their floor or its a huge vet bill headin your way !!!! their can get really bad bleeding feet also its very uncomfortable for them. What breed of rabbit are you looking for?

  • y dont ya put yer chickens under yr rabbit pen? seen some vids like that works well doin that ta mine

  • been lookin through yer videos but cant find any more vids of yr rabbits? what happened? did u give up?

  • @321billygoat looking for a certain breed

  • @pinetar100 here in europe the weather is gr8 mid 50's cant believe that ur weather is so bad...all summer we have had brill weather very warm but not a lot of rain..had to use the tap water as not enough in the bins..last year we had 8 inches of snow before xmas and then after xmas nothin..been a good yr for apples/fruit everybody has got apples! got my own rabbits fauve de bourgogne big rabbits lots of meat dont think u can get them where ya'all are?

  • Hope you don't have snakes around because if you raise young rabbits in those cages snakes will get them for sure. It happened to me. You MUST use mesh wire to keep snakes from getting to the babies and sometimes even the older rabbits.

  • Great set up. I agree, don't use wood anymore.

  • Hey Piney! Did you fill these cages yet? Would love an update if you did or when you do. Take care buddy.

  • I'm way behind on my videos so you're making fast progress as I watch and get caught up. Looks like a very sturdy hutch and well thought out.

    Regards, Gary

  • @GulfCoastJaguarundi i hope so thanks

  • Manure collection! I hope you come up with something that I can copy! :0)

What rabbits are you getting - I don't remember if you said before?

    -TEW

  • @theeastwatch tie wire...started at one end and got all three at once........thinking new zealand

  • Very nice! Good idea with the metal at the bottom.

  • @VivianRinSC thank you

  • nice idea with the bar across the bottom, the bottom on our rabbit cage is sagging now. Great job and vid!

  • @Vhammer2010 thanks ..i had problems with my other cages

  • Great Job

  • @southernprepper1 thank you.........you are doing a great job with your channel....learning alot

  • nice

  • @TheUrbanOutdoors thanks

  • Looks great Pinetar hope we can get another review a month or so after you fill the cages. I love the doors you made. Looks very functional.

  • @AesopsAnt thank you......rabbits soon

  • Looking better as the days go bye. You really do a good job with your construction. Thanks for sharing and posting!

  • @firearms1894 thank you.

  • looks great

  • @sugerbear520 thanks

  • Ha ha! Are those turkeys I hear in a panic when you slam the covers? I want to set up something similar in my barn, and allow my chickens to walk underneath. I've read that the chickens help break the urine down faster when they scratch around the rabbit droppings. While the manure can be placed directly onto the garden, it doesn't always end up in a separate place from the urine.

  • @HotSauceJohnny yeah that's my pet turkey..all the orther are in the freezer.....good idea with the chickens

  • You're a 'go getter'...didn't waste any time getting that job done. Looks great.

  • @katzcradul thanks...just can not sit for long

  • good looking cages

  • @tuffnutt34 thanks

  • TheNewSurvivalist has a good setup for the droppings. He channels them into a bin for compost. Rabbit waste is excellent compost that doesn't even need to be processed, it can go directly into your garden.

    Nice setup man.

  • @UrbanCombatSurvivor that guy has a nice set up .thanks

  • Looks good!

  • @lenty2000 thanks
