having trouble with the pen tool.. it makes some redish yellow crappy color in between all of the lines i am dragging and bending.. looks like crap some help?

I just use the Pen Tool with the settings shown in the video. But I recently came across a problem with the fade in/out effect. On some computers (Including my new one and my cousins), it won't fade... At the moment I don't know how to fix this. But I will post it here as soon as I find the solution.
