Black Ops: Can't Complain about story really, No Stopping Power (MW2 had power and stealth balance, they took away power, and EVERYBODY rocks the Ghost Pro) Assault Rifles rule the game (Famas, Aug, Galil etc) LMG's feel like slow AR's, Shotguns suck, THE LAG, Equipment Slot is a NO-NO...claymores EVERYWHERE. Most maps are TOO close quarters. This game had the potential, but missed it.

I see snipers go like 40 - 10 in domination regularly i can even tell you the persons PSN if you want also i sometimes use the G11 and i still beat people that use the Famas, Aug, Galil ect... and noone even uses LMG's mayaswell not even put em in the game all people do is spray with the m60 and the stoner aint too bad but the HK and RPK is shit also i hardly ever see claymores nowadays and the only close quarter map is nuketown IMO

Both Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops had the opportunity to surpass COD 4 as the best Call of Duty, but the following set them back

MW2: Retarded Story Twist, Ramirez Does EVERYTHING, Makarov Encountered Once, Entire Makarov chase useless, Forgettable Characters, No Spec Ops DLC, Stacking Killstreaks, Overpowered Perks, Overpowered Guns (UMP45, SPAS 12 etc)...if the multiplayer was tuned just right, it would've easily been the best

I'm one of those guys who actually prefers Black Ops instead of Modern Warfare 3. The third was Modern Warfare 2. Now see, if MW2 had all the overpowered stuff (danger close, killstreak stacking, one man army, commando pro, UMP45 [nerf it]) taken out of it, it would be THE best Call Of Duty game ever, and that's the ONLY thing that stopped it

So I bought a map pack for it now it says it cannot connect to host or something when I try and play merc. Now I can only play tdm. which I'm at a disadvantage most of the time cause I don't play with a party, just when I can play I do. So when they r working together I seem to get my ass kicked more than usual. Lol. So is this normal or something to get checked out
