For the people who can't find the key:

1. Talk to the prisoner first and he says he cant find the key. Then you go search the crates otherwise it won't show up.

I got flushed too, i put my amulet on the statue, climbed up, and forgot to use the urn of the cup. I got flushed out and the statue won't let me get my amulet back. "You place the pebble in the gravestone's small indent. It fits perfectly,but nothing happens."
