Although as a child even up to most of my teenage years I wasn't to close to my dad, then I got pregnant at 17 and it made me grow up real quick, I'm 21 now and now I can't get enough of my daddy, I love him so much, I just wish it would have been like this always, better late then never though right, te quiero mucho daddy :)

@TheLyssa8 I know what you mean. My dad told me when I was young that having me was the biggest mistake he's ever made, and that he hoped I didn't exist. I will never forget it. I'm now a grown woman and I spend everyday working to prove him wrong, to prove him that I'm worth more than he'll ever know. I cry sometimes when I listen to this song, but I have others in my life who love me, and I'm a stronger person because of what my dad didn't give me.

I am 13 and my parents got divorced when I was 7. My mom chose to take me with her to live with her boyfriend. I was really depressed that my family was torn apart. I still cry about it but I just get stronger every year. My mom's boyfriend has been a better father to me than my real one. I was thinking about having that dance at my future wedding with him instead of my real father because my mom's boyfriend will always be there for me and will be for most of my life, unlike my dad.
