  • These are the best.  With a lot of ab exercises you have to do a million of them to feel anything. You can feel each of these after a few reps.

  • I have been working out for the past 2 days on my Wii. I also have being watching what I eat and sticking to my diet and drinking lots of water.

  • My husband got me the Wii Fit for Valentine's Day, but i was smoking back then and so nicotine and working out dont go hand in hand. How do you like working out on your Wii?

  • just wanted to let you know I am a little behind in videos I am going to sit and do a bunch of editing tomorrow. And have Friday and Saturday's video up. Am doing good with eating and water. Did not get a workout in tonight I got called into work and then had a real bad head ache when I got home. back at it tomorrow. have a great rest of the weekend And can't wait to see your next video Angie

  • I'm still on it... haven't had all the time to post, but I'm keeping up with my cardio I did 5 miles in one hour today!!!!!

  • It's great to see so many stepping up to the plate. I know for me.....it sure feels good to finally care about myself and want to eat good food and get in my workouts!  Way to go to all of you that are doing the same!!!!!! Nice to have company on this journey of mine!

    Triceps bodyweight exercises plus some dumbells

    Mixed fruit with cornflakes and milk

    Evening

    2hours of capoeira training

    right after that went on a playground

    4km cardio

    plus 20 sprints

    Food:

    some salad with tunna fish and boiled eggs.

  • I think I missed day four. But I'll find the video. Today...I went to zumba class for the first time. It was awesome! that was for 1 hr. and then I spent roughly 30 mins on the treadmill. Um, I was bad today with what I ate. So, I don't think you want to know lol. I'm not proud.
