Not necessarily, shulita -- even those who learn straight from the Hebrew have to overcome their native accents. In Modern Hebrew class we watched a film illustrating the truth of this: diverse immigrants to Israel said the same words in different ways, and only the Jewish-American's accent was really understandable to me at that point.
