Propane grill... so not mexican. Mezquite completely changes the flavor in grilled food. :) just saying, not a bad intention here.

My mom is a white chick married to a fillipino mexican, and as for myself I am a mix of it all, and I taught my White man hubby to cook like me and my mom. So any white person that can take the time to make ethnic food well kuddos to them.
