  • unnie do we have to put anchovies and mushrooms in it

  • @cancelia1

they give some flavor to it..but if you don't have them.. you can skip..

  • @milkshakes325

I will say just skip if you don't have it. :)

  • @aeriskitchen I wonder if I can make it more spicy by adding more hot pepper powder?

  • @maxtull21

  • I love your french accent. I have always dreamed of having it!! Well I made the dish and it wasn't that good, but practice makes perfect!! Thanks a lot for your vids!!:)

  • @LeeChaeHee

mussels and clams have both shells.. so.. when they open their shells (fresh mussels and clams..their shells are closed..).. they are done cooking.. yes you can replace clams for mussels.. mussels taste good though.hehe

  • Thank you SO MUCH for this lovely recipe. My mouth is watering just watching. You are very kind to show us how to make this dish and I appreciate it very much. I am trying to learn about Korean food and I think this will be the first dish I try! Spicy Seafood Noodles! Best wishes!

  • @axesbowledaslove

Good luck to you. I hope you like my recipe.. thanks :)

  • I'm getting hungry watching that. Good video. Thanks.

  • look at those huge juicy prawnieesssss

  • yummy!!!

  • Looks pretty good. Korean food is good, but very hot and spicy though. It takes a little getting used to due to that fact. I go to a Korean Baptist Church in Bossier City and we eat Korean food every Sunday at lunchtime. My favorite dishes are the ones where you wrap rice, noodles, potatoes, kimchi, and what not in seaweed wraps or lettuce. I admit that it's messy, but it tastes really good.

  • Nice thanks!

  • umm ymmmmmmmmmy

  • are kelps the same thing as seaweeds?

  • @momoijisohma

It is one kind of seaweed..but different from normal seaweed.. please search "kelp" or "kombu" in wikipedia ^^

  • I love your accent and your recipe's. I wish I could try some of the food it looks awesome.

  • Hey #UN#, I love your channel! Keep up the good work! Let's stay in touch and become friends! Feel free to Subscribe, Like, Comment, and make Favorite to my YouTube Vids too!! <3

  • Absolutely delicious! I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing :)

  • There is nothing wrong with your accent, and you have a lovely voice. Your video is awesome and thank you so much for sharing it. I am going to try it this weekend! :)

  • why does it seem like everywhere but america has good food.

  • @jacobjochem Because no one is taught to cook anymore. We are taught to buy from a young age! My solution is to pass on my cooking knowledge to my four boys. When they grow up they will be able to cook for themselves and not have to rely on what they can buy. Then as they have children of their own they will in turn be able to pass the knowledge on. :)

  • Thanks for sharing. Loved Korean food and now i can make them:) Is soup soy sauce different from soy sauce? Can you place tell me the name of it so I can find it at the korean supermarket? Maybe you can do a video of all the sauces you use because so we know what they look like. Alot of them just have Korean words only.

    Thank you!!

  • @pcna04

That's a good idea.. I will post ingredients video someday. thanks :)

I used.. Sempio brand.. soup soy sauce.. they will have English label ... thanks

  • I love your food, voice and the song hehe, it sounds like Harvest moon :D

  • Aeris , where can i get the red pepper powder stuff ?

or what can I substitute it for ?

  • @samivaj

You can find it in a korean or Asian grocery store.. there are some online market.. like hmart.. assi plaza.. and amazon will start to sell Korean ingredients soon too.

  • love this video!! it's so helpful. I will be making this for my family soon. thank you!

  • Yummy!!!! Thank you for sharing :D The dish is just BEAUTIFUL! <3 Looks absolutely delicious.

  • This dish looks awesome!!!

  • Watching your video made me so hungry! Thanks for sharing! I think I'll try making it at home.

  • I do it differently: I use chilled sea water instead with live anchovies in it. To this I add 6 raw chillies, each chopped in half, and pour the mixture into a bowl. dried noodles are then added and sprinkled with ground muscle shell. Because the soup is still cold at this point, I toss in a few hot coals. yummy :)

    이해 못하겠다

    비디오 올려서 ㄳ, 맛있음

  • @dongjinmoon wow you're rude.

  • @nuROMANTICS it's not rude lol, im just telling her what i feel uncomfortable at and what she needs to improve to on to make a better food guide video. U can see it as a feedback for improvement. And don't get me wrong im totally respectful for the work of making this video and even thankful for her for the delicious meal.

  • @nuROMANTICS I meant thumbs up and I agree with you. My wife is Korean and I am American and it gets me every time people stay these kind of things. I bet he can't speak Korean perfect...

  • @jim4jesus5519 It was just what he said, that it bothered him and that he couldn't stand it. THEN DON'T WATCH IT! she's doing a great job and i just thought his comment wasn't necessary, i'm sure she gets enough criticism.

  • @dongjinmoon

yes.. this is a Korean style Chinese food.. when Chinese-Korean came to Korea.. they had Chinese restaurants..and since then.. Koreans eat this dish.. ^^

  • Thank you for your reply. very kind.

  • Can anyone please tell me. was korean cooking influenced by the japanese or vice versa. Remember korea was occupied by japanese during the 2nd world war. Please dont take offence, I am genuinly curious. I see a lot of similarities in their cooking.

  • @kamika102

I saw many people are arguing about food origin.. yes.. I think.. China, Japan, Korea are all get effect each other..because.. regionally.. historically.. they are all very closely related. There are some Korean culture.. food.. words..that came from China or Japan.but that doesn't mean.Koreans don't have own... we have many our own good cultures and food.. at the end.many countries(even western countries) have similar food..and culture. I want that everybody respect each other ^^

  • @kamika102 China, Korea, Japan was all influenced by each other. Mostly the chinese culture influenced korea and japan. This is life where we can share food and enjoy it :)

  • hi xm1chelle,

  • So easy just want to know how I can cut down the heat and still have it flavorful. I love hot spicy food but it upsets my stomache. I love this recipe only thing I worry about is where to get the mushrooms I have tasted it before and it's so good.

  • Hi RaceBabie,

oh.. then don't eat too spicy.. just cut the amount of both the red pepper powder and the chilly oil.. that kind of mushrooms.. you can find it in a Korean or Asian store.. thanks :)

    ii love it! :)

  • hi noujjoppa,
