Well, the people behind Gran Turismo BOUGHT the rights to NASCAR. Nascar can now ONLY be enjoyed on Gran Turismo 5 which is exclusively on PS3. Why exclusive? Well, Gran Turismo is made by Sony themselves, one of their development studios. So the only way to enjoy your fix for NASCAR is to play the old games or Buy Gran Turismo 5 when it comes out. You'll need a PS3 though...

Polyphony Digital bought the Nacar License, it's been officially announced yesterday... so wouldn't that mean the people behind Gran Turismo bought the official rights? They also bought the licenses of WRC and Indy related racing /race cars. Sorry for the bad news... it's good news for me and few others though...

Get NR2003 (NASCAR Racing 2003 Season) for the PC. It's the best NASCAR Sim out there, with mods, for 2009 carsets and tracks.

And anyway, Papyrus and Sierra aren't gonna ever team up again because Sierra is out of business, so goodbye to ever having a better game than NR2003.

if EA sports does make nascar 2010. add all drivers to all 3 series, sprint cup, nationwide series and Camping world truck series. also have your own car number like 40, 23, 02 or 32, but not 101 please no 3 digit numbers. and also if you win the race your guy should do a burnout, climb out of the car and celebrate with the fans and drive into victory lane, and it would be cool if you can climb into your car and drive out from garage for practice and qualyfing and during the race.

I have all those except the DS. The 07-09 are too easy, even on Legend mode. I went undefeated my rookie year when I first bought 08 (on Rookie) I moved it up to Legend for the next season and I still won 25 races. I want a challenge. 09 also eliminated the car manufacturers. That really sucked.
