A few hours ago the cutest thing ever happened to me: I was in school and had to wait for my friend, I was bored. I grabbed my DS and played ACWW and then a little girl sat down next to me. After a while, she asked "What game are you playing?" and I told her. Then she said "Oh, I always wanted to get this but never had. Can I watch you while you play?" She was in 5th grade and I thought "Hell, I was in 5th grade when I got this back in 2006!" Then we played together. So cute <3

Man, do I love this game. I picked it up shortly after release when I had little clue what Animal Crossing was, but I loved it. The music, atmosphere, and your friends, whether you're playing over Wi-Fi with them or they're the members of your town, help melt the stress away. I don't pick this game up much anymore, but I always love checking in on holidays and getting back into the game.

In Britain we can stay in high school past the age of 16 and go into something called sixth form (essentially two extra years) and when me and friends should have been working for higher grades, instead we went to the library in school, missed nearly every lesson and played this all day instead, going to each others towns and stealing fruit, fishing, catching bugs, running errands.

I regret absolutely nothing. I cannot wait until AC3DS.

I remember when I was around 10 11 years old, our family had just gotten divorced, and our cousins gamecube was handed down to us for my birthday. First game I got? Animal Crossing. My sisters and I would fight over having turns on the gamecube to go to our house and do stuff. Since I bought the game with what money I got from birthdays, I obviously made the most progress, but, the memory over shouting over turns on the gamecube will always remain. :)

Out at like 11pm in my town, and since the graphics weren't the best, I saw somthing I didnt know what it was. It started to move. I thought "COOL! A new bug! Lemme catch it!". I took out my net. It froze. I got up close. Then all of the sudden it ran up towards me and my character fell. It woke up infront of it's (my avatar's) house. I later found out it was a scorpion, which I didnt know were in the game. Dun dun duuun.......

I've met people on wifi, and i've made such good memories with them. I miss it, hopefully i can make new close friends once i get it for the wii.
