to bad you never get a chance for the robo bay. protoss really suck from the gold league to the silver and bronze they always rush you either after a short time and protoss always seem to lack gas to do anything against it :/

@SkaterQuickflip Hey Skater, Yes you get all of your sentries in one group and then you just click the hotkey for the force field then click where you want it and repeat in rapid fashion to cast quickly. So Hotkey, left mouse click, hot key, left mouse click, etc. until you've cast all the force fields you want and/or are out of mana.

Wrong. You hold F (assuming that is your hotkey) and rapidly click. You do not have to go F -> click -> F-> click->F-> click you only have to hold F and click.

I just started back playing starcraft 2 and before I couldn't get past my 3 wins I was like 3-20 I think. I gave this strategy a try and I shot up from my 3 wins to 15 in a few hours of play. Thanks for the help which made the game a lot of fun for me .

I got a dumb ass question but i just started this game and just entered the gold league in 4v4, I wonder how some pro players put out multi force fields exactly at the same time to block out an enemy? like do u select all ur sentries and then press F corresponding to the amount of sentries you have out?

@TheUENtv Actually Skater, there is a faster way. If you select all your Sentries and HOLD DOWN the hotkey, in this case 'F', you are then able to put down forcefields as fast as you can click...which can seem almost instantaneous. So press the hotkey F and hold it down as you click wherever you want the forcefields to appear.

@SkaterQuickflip One thing many people don't know is that you can also shift click a certain action so you can save time pressing the button each time you want to cast something. If you want to make force fields from sentries, you would select all of them. press the hotkey F, hold shift and click in every place you want it to go to... Hope this helps

@mikethebestisawsome You send scv's to repair your mech, like medivacs, or tanks - but in general, they add that extra bit of damage and hold up melee units.

warpgates are NOT optional. they can make an insane difference in a game. Ever heard of a proxy pylon? Warp gates also make unit production faster in the initial building.
