It isn´t KT8D5. It is T3. It was made in Tatra. Skoda is producing new trams now. ČKD Tatra don´t produce new trams now. I know it. I´m from city Prague from Czech republic where were trams made. Our public transportation operator even sold 20 second hand T3 to North Korea last year...

No T3 - T4D built in Prague for formerly GDR. The trams were buyed in Dresden, Leipzig and Magdeburg, they should be scrapped.

Some 60-70 km/h, but the condition of the rails in Pyongyang seems to be very bad.
