  • Hello :) I've tried this with 1/2 Cream of Mushroom and 1/2 Cream of Celery...AWESOME!!! Thank You Ever So Much! Also Found if You are Doing Chicken substitute 1/2 Cream of Chicken for the Mush Soup! Add Spring Peas (canned) and Your Chicken with some Parmesan Cheese! AWESOME! Huge Huggz!

  • i recommonded pre cooking the pasta and then adding the sauce (with some cheese mixed through) and then baking it till golden brown on the top. that way the pasta is cooked and you also get a juicy yet crunchy dish. :))

  • isn't tuna + milk = poisonous ?

  • @ProvokeLaughter No :)

  • @ProvokeLaughter Where did you get that idea from?

  • @ProvokeLaughter Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • at my house we used jarred mushrooms , cream of mushroom soup , peas , and cheese in and on top of it , sooooo gooood ! and chunk light tuna in water*

  • can i use canned mushrooms?

  • @lulumaenonaka Yes, but drain them first :)

  • mushrooms are expensive

  • Hey David!

I don't like tuna, as it contains a very foul smell. What else could you recommend in this recipe??

  • Hello. Can I use all purpose cream instead of that cream you have? Thanks.

  • @orignamura The soup adds a lot of flavour - I recommend using it ;)

  • @orignamura Oh, okay. Thank you. :)

  • loved it :)

  • hate the look of cooked mushrooms lol btw .... i have never seen cream of celery soup before ????

  • @PrincessDolce101 You'll find it with all the other canned soups at the supermarket. Use cream of mushroom if you can't find it ;)

  • great vid, i love pasta :)

  • I added in peas at the end - tasted great!

  • I just subscribe I Fell In Love With Your Channel!

  • yepper i tried this tuna dish..its really good my wife and kids loved it!!! only problem i had with it was that they didnt believe i had made it};0 your the shephards pie ws great as well.......i m from canada and your metric measurements work out fine.love your vids, keep up the good work!!!!

  • crazy, just cook pasta along side mushroom done at same time instead of so much water ^^

  • thats one large saucepot

  • great recipe.....

  • do we have to use garlic infused olive oil?

  • @twihard1369 No, you can use regular olive oil and add some crushed garlic to taste ;)

  • Quick, simple & cheap...you're the best One Pot Chef. I love your videos.

  • Hi David, I see that for convenience you use canned soup cream. But actually how should we prepare the cream soup base?

  • wow..must try it.. is it ok if i add cheese and replace the mushroom with potato?? thank you

  • thanks for the great recipe

  • Just curious, could you forgo the fresh mushrooms + cream of celery soup and just use cream of mushroom soup instead? I personally LOVE mushrooms and celery, so I probably wouldn't do this myself (using your recipe as is instead) but it could make for even greater savings by killing two birds with one can... errr... stone. lol I was also thinking about the mushrooms being the only potentially 'pricey' ingredient or out of season, or cream of celery soup being harder to find than mushroom.

  • As always ....FABULOUS

  • i cant find the can of soup here! can i use enything alse instead?

  • Any can of creamy soup will do for this recipe ;)

  • ok thanks

  • @OnePotChefShow can u make it yourself that would be a great one

  • genius, genius!

  • onepotchef this recipe is awesome.

I have always struggled to jazz up tuna.

canned soup shortcut is very clever

  • ...yum that looks good...and you are such a nice wholesome young man...!

  • just watching you videos makes me want to make it. which I did and it was awesome. at first it was a disaster but on the second try it came out perfect. thanks

  • you are my favourite

  • I love your food ur great

but what was the sauce you add to the mushroom I do not think I have it in my city can I put fresh cresm insted

    thanks

  • what is garlic infused olive oil? do u buy it that way? sorry for the ignorance!

  • It's olive oil that has had garlic soaking in it to add extra flavour. Think of it as Garlic-Flavoured Oil. It's available ready made from the Cooking Oil section of the Supermarket ;)

  • @OnePotChefShow ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! thanks!

  • hi david

here in portugal we do this ! its very good

try put some bacon and cheese.... nham nham

    lolol

    kiss

  • yum yum yum .....great ideas mate !!! great for guys like me who cant cook. thanks for posting.

  • man i laugh everytime you say yum yum yum hahah

  • Stay away from my videos if you don't like them!

  • is the sauce after cooking thick? it looks a little watery but looks good ^_^

  • The sauce is watery at first, then the excess liquid is absorbed by the pasta when cooking. When cooked, the sauce is thin, but no thinner than say Carbonara Sauce. Try it - it's delicious.

  • I think it looks to water-ey..

I dont think adding the 7 cups of water is a good idea.

I think it would be better to cook the pasta seperately then add..

    Thoughts?

  • It's not watery - that's the sauce. You need the water to cook the pasta. You can cook the pasta separately, but then you need to change the sauce.

  • You are an inspiration ! :)

  • DElicious!!!

  • Could i make this with chicken insted or something ellse im not a big fan on tuna

  • Sure, replace the tuna with shredded cooked chicken, ham, bacon etc

  • It looks great. I love pasta, but I really don't like mushrooms too much. Is there anything I can substitute mushrooms for?

    Thank you, Chef.

  • Try replacing the mushrooms with fried onions, spinach or your favourite vegetables :)

  • Looks so simply delicious!! Thx for posting.

  • ur right!!

  • Bring it to the mini meet at Gosford... I just wanna eat it.

  • Great! I am hungry now... hahaha :D

    x.

  • Sounds yummy - let me know how it turns out ;)

  • Good recipe!

  • Thanks - glad you enjoyed it ;)

  • Yes I make similar and your so right change it up to what you like. Quick easy good. Great one!

  • Thanks ;)

  • Looks great :) I like the fact you can change the ingredients so you can have a different meal every time you have it.

  • The best recipes are the ones that can be easily adapted. That way they never get boring :)

  • Just a small request. my mum once made this amazing burger. It was a lamb burger, with cheese in the middle of the actual burger. Annoyingly she has forgotten what cheese she used :( Do you reckon you could make a lamb cheeseburger??

  • Sounds like something we make in Australia, called a "Rissole" - it's similar to a hamburger but can come in all sorts of flavors. I think I could make a cheese-filled Lamb Burger. It's on the list ;)

  • Awesome :). . . how long is the list? ha

  • I'll try and make the video soon, I have a couple of others in the works at the moment, so maybe in a couple of weeks? Stay Tuned ;)

  • Can i leave out the mushrooms??

    :)

  • If you like, you can replace the mushrooms with spinach, fried onions or your favourite vegetables.

  • Looks absolutely delicious! I am not a big fan of tuna, but I have to try this!

  • If you don't like tuna, you could also make this with shredded cooked chicken, ham, bacon or even spam!

  • wow this is really quick, easy, cheap and delicious. thanks.

  • No problem, glad you enjoyed it ;)

  • thank you i love your shows!!!!! i love cooking too! :)

  • You're Welcome :)
