Well, October We lost our Guitar Player, Gene Bruce to a heart attack. He was 59 and like a big brother to me. At least now I know he's in a better place. RIP Gene You were loved by many.....
Wow, that really stirred up some ghosts. I was just a snot nosed kid when my brother (2 years older) and his friends got together in our basement and played a Cherry Slush album.
OK, I was 15, but it seems so long ago. I wonder if he still has that album? I'm thankful I had an older brother. He turned me on to Frost, Stooges, MC5 etc. Thanks for the memories.
John Coughlin (The Guy introducing us) Died in March of this year from a Stroke.. John use to cart our butts around to gigs when we were kids and was a DJ at Daniels Den in Saginaw. He was always invoulved with something we did... I'd just like to say John Thanks for all the fun times. You will be missed.... Art
