Yeah, here in St Louis there's one called Blue Ocean Sushi. YOu can choose from 3 tiers and each tier determins what you can order for all you can eat. Starts around $20 and goes up to $35 or something like that... and the food is A M A Z I N G.

Yeaaaah I know right? I was shocked too. Now, our local sushi places get it from distributors fresh every day...it's not like we have fish markets with cut-up sashimi-ready bits of fish that're still twitching..not quite THAT fresh but it's still quite good. However, the selection isn't quite as diverse in most of the places due to that very process.
