ok im a huge state fan but i must say both schools must be respected...it just depends on what you are looking for as a student...if you want more liberal work UNC is the place for you thats what they are known for....but if you want to work with your hands STATES the place for you...just depends on what you are looking for...and yes state has wooped up on some UNC tail the last four and counting years...and UNC is gonna get wooped in their bowl against tennessee....no doubt about it...

My wife worked as a recruiter for several years so trust me when I say that NCSU grads are in BIG demand out there amoung a lot of companies. More than a few demanded ONLY NCSU engineering grads.
