@JinkinOsawri SOme cats do this, some don't - and it's not a regular thing with Smudgie. In fact, she's done this maybe twice since I uploaded this 4 years ago. I got her from my previous vet (we've moved since we got her). She had been abandoned with her mother and sisters by the back door of the vet's office. She's been such a delight, as was her sister who died in Dec09 (I miss Pixel!). I *HIGHLY* recommend getting your purr via a vet or a shelter - save a kitty's life!

My cat Calvin loves feet too. He's constantly doing this to me and trying to chew them. My brother was sleeping on my couch once and woke up to my cat gnawing on his big toe. He also loves new socks. Just brand new ones though. If I'm wearing new socks he'll chase me and attack my legs relentlessly.

Our two cats both rub our shoes like crazy after we've been wearing them, they love the sandals the most because they can get all the smells off them. They won't rub anything else in the house with the same enthusiasm!
