No, I am *quite* certain that "zenzen" means "not at all."

You're probably thinking of "zettai" which means "absolutely." However, "zettai kawaii" would be rather awkward, gramatically speaking. Either "totemo kawaii" or "hontou ni kawaii" sounds better.

I stand corrected: "zenzen" can indeed be used in the affirmative. It still sounds weird, though, since there is no such thing as "totally cute." At least not in the same sense as the English slang.

A more appropriate use of "zenzen" in the affirmative would be "zenzen chigau," meaning "totally different."
