Big corporations don't go to prison for manslaughter over neglect, they only pay off money which always gets lobbied to a simple amount that gets absorbed into an ordinary cost of business, thus neglect and legalized corruption becomes standard procedure. This is just one example. If not banned, corporate person-hood should be revised or renamed.
