  • Luna and Pepperoni are right. Five second ridgehand, two second spearhand. Both your round and side kicks need better articulation. Specifically, you should work on the beginning position of your #1 side kick and fully rechamber your repeat round kick. You're doing two-hand color belt technique on the double inner block. You've got a lot of talent and the form looks good; just polish it out a little.

  • The foot positioning on ur front kicks is a little off.. i need to point ur anklw and curl your toes back.. easy for me to say lol but i mastered it by walking on my tppy toes and practicing keeping my feet tht way.. but ur form is really nice
