Very cute...some chinchillas do that in their sleep when they are dreaming, not because they are grinding their teeth. Its sometimes just a personality trait, dreaming of tasty food :D

it's grimming it's teeth. u need place some wood blocks / mineral rocks inside the cage for them to grim teeth

I bought it few years before in Hongkong. I am not sure the official name of its material, but it is something like china or cement.
