I have been to Ivory coast, Ghana, Nigera. I believe the best city in west africa goes to Abuja. It well organised and Clean compared to cities like Accra or Lagos

Obviously if Ghana wanted to create a capital it would look amazing. Just give Ghana 2-5 years & it will look amazing.
