when you emerge out the tunnel, you can kill the first guy silently, then break the fuse box and waltz on over to the last guy and carve him up stealthly : )

after you get the achievements with the flare, grenade etc. just reload checkpoint and get the silent kills :)

At 6:00 just pull his grenade, Previous section with the guard who he shoots his gun i would use Morphine there
