@KingBalisong its a awsome gun but in my opinion its better to get the one that takes regular m4/16 mags because that way new mags are easy to get instead of the prepriatary mags this takes, but I have the m4/m16 mag variant and the prefermance is great

So if there is another brand that makes AK mags compatible to this aeg, you can get 7.62 looking mags.

Something worth pointing out - If you take out the barrel on the Masada using the quick-change feature, and you DON'T turn off the hop all the way, you will crush the hop nub.

This removes all hop from the Masada, and is apparently very difficult to fix.

Why "AKM?" Shouldnt it just be Masada AK, AKM refers to that certain model of AK, and this only uses AK magazines which are not restricted to certain AK model.

@SuperFinnish Because the Masada in 7.62x39 uses 7.62x39 magazines and not 5.45x39 magazines.

The AKM must refer to the kind of magwell, because a 7.62x39 magwell is different from the 5.45 magwell so that Ivan and his conscripted friends couldn't try firing 7.62 out of a 5.45 barrel.

In airsoft, both magwells are interchangeable but that does not affect the real gun in any way, obviously.
