For me I have great experience with dhikr with surah al Fatiha (the opening)

It cleans, opens and expands your spiritual heart and inner eye. it strengtens your soul, your personality, it solves different life problems and has many many blessings. I talk from experience. like make a goal 20.000x times silent dhikr with wudu. Do 100-300 per day or moreand have patience. X Latifa
