  • I can already picture a trellis over the cooking pad. The Egg seems like it would be very versatile from a drunken Turkey to smoked pizza - awesome! The thing that kind of turns me off is the use of charcoal. So, if your doing a pizza, it's done in 5 min and then you have 2 hrs left on the charcoal? Am I wrong? I haven't used charcoal since my hibachi days in college (45yrs ago).
