@benniskalski Are you american? becvause what's normal to you it's not normal anywhere else in this planet. there's a few men close to 60 in the gym i go to do muay thai that are still ripped, that still has muscles and the body of a 30 years old. They do that by eating proper,ly. living somewhere with a proper food culture helps a lot. If once you stop working out hard you start eating fried crap you will end up like a whale.
