It was some Claymation movie that covered various Mark Twain stories as one adventure. The bit featuring the guy with the knife was from the next sequence after the 'Satan' one (the 'Satan' bit is adapted from the story 'The Mysterious Stranger' and the knife guy is supposed to be Injun Joe--or however you spell his name--from 'The Adventures of Tom Sawyer').

As for the dancing California Raisins, that was probably a separate Claymation bit made by the same company.
