Hi, I am a big fan of yours and an ex professional cellist. I don't know if your teacher has already told you but you would really find playing easier if your set up was better. The cello is sitting too far over your right knee and that makes it difficult to keep free when playing because it's not stable. Maybe the spike is out too far?
Anyway, you have tremendous talent and I love watching your videos

@43Rosy Yes, we are constantly trying to get Sterling to correct this, but he is a bit hard headed! Maybe after reading your comment he will listen:)

Go for it!!! that was great - I'm a professional cellist and know many colleagues that couldn't play it like that! Hope to hear more soon ;O)

Thanks, your words are so encouraging to Sterling! This helps him to practice even a little harder when that unpleasant time rolls around each day!

Prodigy! When did he start playing!?!? This is a difficult piece - and he plays it with such emotion!

Thanks for the positive feedback! Sterling started playing at the age of 3 years old. He wants to be just like his older brother, Brendon.
