i was in Serbia(im Irish) recently and i instantly noticed that the Serbs and the Irish are very similar in mentality. From the Serbian people i met, all were very easy going, friendly and easy to get along with. They understood our sense of humour which i is why we got on so well. I travelled through 8 Europian countries and the Serbs were my favourite people by far!

But Serbs are not Celtic. Like most Europeans they have some (very little) Celtic blood, but Irish, Welsh, Scots, Cornwalls, and Bretons are the only Europeans of predominantly Celtic ancestry. Since no nation is "pure", the only way to define a nation is to see what heritage is predominant. Otherwise I agree 100% !
