Both Jean and Colin have technical perfection, but that's not everything in a show like this. Jean looks so much happier dancing next to Colin then with Flatley, and it's no wonder- Flatley's ego far exceeded the confines of his head.

Jean and Colin are happy to be there doing what they were doing, and that's what's truly important in a show.

As an Irish dancer myself, I know that.

@Kenmorfdublin Actually Colin Dunne is acording to the experts on Irish Dancing, The Best Male Dancer of all Times, Michael Flatley is a good dancer an a great showbusiness man but most of the moves he made are simple and easy to perform, you can catch the atention if you execute those type of steps than using the hard combinations and that's what makes people get inloved with Michael Flatley's performances, but in terms of dancing Colin has the lead on Irish Dancing

As Riverdance? Of course! Just dancers come and go in time, for example the lead dancer, is no longer Colin Dunne (as he is in this video).... which I am sad about, since he was the best for Riverdance.

That since this video is getting pretty old. It's not to be bought in many DVD stores anymore. I would think that putting this video on youtube would have a rather posetive outcome than a negative one.. I mean, since it's not in stores these days, one has to order it. If people saw it on youtube first and thought "damn, I would like the dvd with better quality" they would probably order it.
