Just as the guy below me said, the voltage doesnt kill, amps do, and I=U/R, meaning the higher the voltage, the more its going to hurt, but if the resistance is low, then its not fatal.

Tasers work at 50 000 volts and above, and their not lethal, because the resistance is too low.
