hello Daniel. You of course not english so I tell you mistake you make:
if you say youtube video file name is "how to fix samsung ...." it means you want to show people how to fix their own hard drive.
What you want to say is this:
"help me fix my samsung by telling me how..." then you are saying you don't know how, and that you want them to show you (not YOU show THEM).
If you don't change your english on this little video you will keep getting the wrong audience and your problem not fixed.
