Dan Aykroyd's "House of Blues" radio show reran a 2007 program featuring Koko this week,and she seemed like a genuinely sweet and talented lady. I remember a few years back she appeared as a cartoon/critter version of herself on the PBS kid's show "Arthur",which will continue to be seen by successive generations of young people...
