Look at the sub frame, to see if it's bent. Make sure the bike tracks straight when you let go of the bars also. Just look at things, and ask plenty of questions. I'd rather have a bike that has 33K on it that was taken care of then a bike with 7K that wasnt taken car of at all. And it should be realitively cheap. Prolly around the 2K mark give or take for extra's. If he wants above 2500 for it then id think twice about it. You can get one with less then 10 for 4 if it's not beat to death.

Which is why "torqey" motors have a better low end and "revvy" motors have great high end, its really a combination of both however..and im pretty sure you didnt see a z06 dust a bike, or chase down a bike yourself.

Weight and gearing!!!!My bike weights 375 pounds dry, weight will full fuel tank maybe 400. There light as shit with really good bottom end. The geometry has a lot to do with it also, but more or less for the fact that there so damn light and stable. Fuel injected is awesome, but top end it doesnt give you any more BHP then a carb on the same engine. Bottom end is where you get the advantage from Injection and fuel economy. But the difference from just an F4 to an F4I is insane
I bought mine with 14 and now have a tad bit over 22 on mine. And it still runs awesome, may have a little less power then one with 10K on it, but it's still way more then enough to through it up in first without a clutchup. Just hammer and go and this thing wheelies. Just take it for a test ride. Get it up to speed(past 100MPH) check for wobble. slow up to 50 or 60MPH and slowly let go of the hand bars. Check for wobble in the bars, brake check to see if everyhting works fine.
