That's parkour mate. :) Parkour came from the camps where men learnt "le methode Naturalle", thich were called parcours, but they they changed the spelling to make it more masculine. The flips and spinny things are all freerunning. Although I firmly beleive there's a differece; popular culture has almost merged the two into one discipline.

i think free running is going around places and jumping through obstacles. Parkour is doing tricks off of obtacles. Thats my opinion

traceur (also known as l'art du deplacement) is an activity with the goal of moving from one point/place to another.

jumping from wall to wall or off a wall does is not defined as moving from place to place because it's the same place.

watch david belle videos and you will see what parkour realy is.

i would label this videos as very short "urban" gymnastic clips.
