The horse obviously thought the goat should learn to clean up the claws before taking a ride.

@drlove76 the horses like it when the goats get on their backs .i dont know if you could tell but the horse was swaying a little bit .but anyhow the horses get a good back scratching when the goats hop on and walk on their backs
