Im 19, healthy and average weight, but i have gynecomastia. I dont have it anywhere near as bad as this guy, but i have about an inch to an inch and a half of breast tissue on each side. Im terrified to go talk to my GP, ive tried a few times but havent been able to mention it. I cant afford surgery but Its destroying my life! D: i cant take my shirt off infront of anyone, cant do any outdoor activities, and its destroying my confidence. WHAT SHOULD I DO?! PLEASE HELP! I live in the UK btw

@GRAfilms Hey man, im 19 now and i got that same thing when i was around 13-14. I thought it was nothing at first, although it still embarrassed me. Anyway, i dont mean to scare you, but i thought you would like the heads up. My 'button-sized' lumps have gotten progressively bigger, and are now about an inch to an inch and a half in width/depth. Trust me man, dont be scared to go talk to your doctor about it. I think if you catch it young, they can give you hormone pills for free to stop growth.

i just got the procedure done yesterday. In Julians case they removed 1100 cc's of fat, in my case they removed 1600 cc's. the doctor had to place 2 drains in which will be removed in five days.will keep those interested posted

Hey guys. I know there are a lot of you suffering out there . my only advice is to get the surgery. Make sure you get both the gland removal and lipo done, or you will not be completely flat chested. The recovery is a piece of cake unless you are doing manual labor. I felt so much better once it was done.
