The funny thing is, somewhere I read this commercial was filmed in New Haven, Connecticut, and not long after it was filmed I bought an identical Cutlass to the getaway car here that came from a dealership in New Haven. This generation Cutlass (basically a Malibu with leather seats) wasn't very popular and the few that I do see around still, none have alloy wheels like this one and mine did. So I think it might have been the same car they used in this.

whats awesome about this commercial is the fact they are using the Oldsmobile Cutlass which is essentially a malibu as the car you "can ignore" while saying a new malibu is the car you "can't ignore!"
