I was just randomly going through movie trailers when I came across this one. Within half a minute of watching it, I put it down on my list of movies to watch.
this movie show a perfect example of how the Nazis that help Jewish ended up getting toured killed after the war and the ones who did most of the curtly and killing lived till their 70's and had kids!

this film made me nearly cry, most of all the scene when the young boy tries to escape from some nazi soldiers and then they catch him while he's crawling under a wall and they kill him. This film is sooo sad, and it's even more sad due to the fact that this really happened!

I did not like this movie at all...am i the only one who has the guts to point out that the main character is not interesting in the least, why should we give a rat's ass about him? why make a movie about this hohum story ....big deal, he hid out for a few years, the character was a self-absorbed dude who happened to be born with some musical talent...without Chopin's music the movie would have been ignored...and excuse me, BEST ACTOR?
