I know this Marine personally and was there in the barracks room at the time this was filmed. He is making fun of a specific Marine Corps unit known as a Nuclear Asset Re-Capture Tactics Team (aka CQB Team to the rest of the Marines). If you were not in USMC Security Forces, chances are you have no clue wtf he is REALLY talking about.
